About the Event

Join us for a remarkable evening as we welcome Ms. Cynthia Cooper. Ms. Cooper will share her personal experiences at WorldCom as well as important lessons learned from some of the most significant 21st century corporate failures. Ms. Cooper will also provide practical strategies and tips to build a healthy speak-up culture and achieve long-term sustainable success.

Featuring: Cynthia Cooper

Cynthia Cooper is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, thought leader, and advocate. In 2002, Cynthia blew the whistle on fraud at WorldCom. WorldCom, once a Wall Street darling boasting the largest acquisition in history, the fifth most widely held stock, and ranked by the Wall Street Journal as number one for the highest return to shareholders over a ten-year period, became the largest fraud, bankruptcy, and civil settlement in corporate history. Her brave actions led to the downfall of one of the largest corporate frauds, the subsequent Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and a renewed focus on corporate ethics.
